> AML / KYC Policy

How we prevent financial crime.

Program overview

Duckpot maintains a risk-based AML program aligned with FATF guidance. The program is overseen by our Chief Compliance Officer and audited annually.

Customer identification (KYC)

We collect identifying information at sign-up and verify it using ID documents, liveness checks and sanctions / PEP screening. Enhanced due diligence applies to high-risk customers.

Transaction monitoring

We continuously screen on-chain and off-chain activity using Chainalysis and TRM Labs. Suspicious activity is reported to relevant authorities.

Sanctions

We do not serve users in OFAC-, EU- or UN-sanctioned jurisdictions or wallets associated with sanctioned entities. Attempts to evade controls result in immediate account closure.

Travel Rule

We exchange originator and beneficiary information with counterparty VASPs as required by FATF Recommendation 16.
