What we collect
Account identifiers (email, phone), KYC data when applicable (name, DOB, ID document), device and IP data, trading and balance history.
How we use it
- To operate the exchange and settle your trades
- To meet AML / KYC and tax reporting obligations
- To protect the platform against fraud and abuse
- To improve our products (aggregated analytics only)
Sharing
We share data with regulators when legally required, with KYC and analytics vendors under DPAs, and with law enforcement under valid process. We never sell your data.
Retention
We keep account and transaction records for at least 7 years to satisfy AML record-keeping rules.
Your rights

Children
Services are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
