1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Duckpot Exchange ("Duckpot", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and not located in a restricted jurisdiction (including but not limited to the United States, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba and Crimea). You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to you.
3. Account
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, API keys and 2FA devices. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access caused by your failure to do so.
4. Trading
Digital-asset prices are volatile. Orders execute on a best-effort basis subject to liquidity and matching-engine rules. We may halt trading, cancel orders or de-list assets at our sole discretion.
5. Fees
Fees are disclosed at /fees and may change with reasonable notice. Network withdrawal fees pass through.
6. Risks
See the Risk Disclosure. You acknowledge that you may lose your entire balance.
7. Prohibited use
No money laundering, sanctioned-party trading, market manipulation, wash trading, scraping, or attempts to defeat our security controls. Violations result in account closure and possible legal action.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duckpot is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration in BVI.
